Why?

Everyone knows the saying "Not your keys, not your cash," however when you must use a CEX, you at the very least anticipate their customer support to not blatantly misinform your face just to buy time. I’m sharing my present absurd experience with Binance to point out how they manage (or quite, fail to handle) fund recoveries.

Finding your self held hostage by the sluggish administration and lies of a CEX is insufferable. They've my XRP, they validated the return, however no one is able to urgent the button to initiate the transaction.

Has anybody else seen their case caught at Stage three ("Processing Funds") for this long? How did you manage to wake up their technical workforce aside from enduring the help's pre-recorded scripts?
