i Lost my money for good

Before a month i received problem with my account in binance tr and just i sent message to help to assist my concern, after that , my account acquired so many challenge the final one was that my e mail disappear from there system , i did all the recommendation they stated and that i crammed all The types with them to ensure to crammed it proper , after month at this time ,they determine they should disabled my account they usually inform me that " they disabled my account for good" , i don't want my a refund but i want you guys careful with this company particularly there help they know nothing and because of them my account and my cash disappear
