So what I want to say is that having "excess" money (what I can afford to lose) literally makes me a worse trader than I actually am (or at least how I think of myself).
When I have no money, I tend to have a better sense of the market, more patience and am much less emotional. I am numb of dips and crashes and see them as great opportunity to buy (if I had the money!).
But things changes dramatically when I have money!
My fingers are so itchy to press this big green [BUY!] button on the exchanges. Especially when there's a green big candlestick. Not using limit orders, but instantly buying at "MARKET"-buy.
I am not stupid, I know that FOMO isnt't good. It not good buying into pumping coins.
My emotions get over me, I tried to avoid this dilemma by putting limit orders in different price stages, but when I detect even the slightest dip, my brains tells me to cancel all orders and go all-in buying all at once.
How to deal with this? I hope that I am not alone with this problem.
