Frozen withdrawals, and p2p and the entire binance account in general (Possible Binance scammers)

I have had my binance account frozen for 13 days, it gained't let me withdraw my funds in any means, consideration to the service is not responding to me. And once they do they only say wait, it appears to me that they need to maintain my cash, is anyone going by way of the same factor? My case ID is 146370575.
