Any recommended exchanges for buying BTC without KYC ?

I am from Europe, what is a good exchange to buy BTC without KYC ?

I will transfer it to a ledger but wanted to know if there is an exchange without giving all personal informations to authorities.

So If I understood it right I need an exchange without KYC so the only point where my name pops up is when I transfer Fiat money to the exchange, correct ?

Because otherwise there are only options where I can buy Bitcoin but it still forces me to reveal my identity and everything and a webcam chat or something else.

I know this topic isn't new but exchanges changing everyday and Google just gave me advertised exchanges.
